add: 720 x 540 to Smil Movie Size and Slide Size.
fix/add: Movie Size & Slide Size pulldown menus in SMIL-Leo Prefs now update correctly to reflect changes in size boxes.
fix: Bug for Single Batch output. Now works with out having to change radio button.
chg: changed the SMIL-LEO Lite Pref to SMIL.
